Final approval
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners approved the Blacklick-Madison Area Plan on November 8, 2011.
To gather input and feedback, a series of public meetings was held throughout the planning process. The commissioners' final approval also followed approvals by the Madison Township Board of Trustees, the Truro Township Board of Trustees, the Franklin County Planning Commission and the Franklin County Rural Zoning Commission.
