Notice of Update to Department Operations
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, Building and Zoning processes and procedures have been revised to protect the public.
Building inspections will only be conducted for new home builds, decks, detached accessory buildings and other uninhabited structures, and on a case-by-case basis for emergency situations.
Building, Electrical and HVAC permits may be submitted at the Memorial Hall EDP Dropbox located at 280 E. Broad Street for review. However, inspections will only be conducted for issued permits related to the above identified projects.

Planning and Zoning
Complete applications (i.e. Zoning Compliance, Variance, Conditional Use, Floodplain, Lot Split and Annexation) and required application fees can be submitted to the Memorial Hall drop box at 280 E Broad St. No applications will be considered formally filed until processed by EDP staff.
