Project overview
The Scioto-Franklin Neighborhood Plan's scope is narrower than a traditional land use planning project. This project addresses only future land use, development character and pedestrian/bicyclist transportation.
We used an input-based process using public meetings and department review to reach a consensus and a final plan document.

Public meetings
We held public meetings on March 22 and April 19, 2011 to gather input on the proposed plan elements. To gain final approval, the plan was adopted by the Franklin Township Board of Trustees on July 7, 2011 and by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners on August 9, 2011.
